Associated Student Government Print Textbooks Reserves Collection in Copley Library

This guide explains the Associated Student Government pilot project to offer print textbooks for two-hour use through Copley Library.

Using ASG Textbooks Reserves Titles

The Associated Student Government Executive Committee set the following policies for use of the collection:

  • All ASG textbook titles are available for use for two hours at a time within Copley Library when the library is open.
  • Once checked out, ASG textbook titles must first be checked back in to be borrowed again for an additional two-hour session; no automatic renewals are allowed.
  • Only USD students with valid student IDs are allowed to use the ASG textbooks.  They do not circulate to other library users or to the Circuit.
