  3. What's your personal favorite? 
    ​​​​​​​Overall, Zotero for ease-of-use, pdf capture ability, cite-as-you-write ability with both Word & Google Docs, & being a well-supported open source product. Second favorite, Endnote for unlimited storage capacity & NVivo integration.
