    It depends on your preferences and needs. The comparison chart, videos, and links are provided so that you can make an informed decision.
  2. Is it ok to use a difference citation manager not offered by USD?
    Of course, there are dozens of other existing citation managers. If you find one you think is great, email me.
  3. What's your personal favorite? 
    ​​​​​​​Overall, Zotero for ease-of-use, pdf capture ability, cite-as-you-write ability with both Word & Google Docs, & being a well-supported open source product. Second favorite, Endnote for unlimited storage capacity & NVivo integration.
