Banned Books Week 2020

According to the American Library Association, a challenge is an attempt to remove or restrict access to materials based on the objections of a person or group. A banning is a removal of those materials. Challenges attempt to restrict access to information by removing it from curriculums and libraries and thanks to the work of librarians, teachers, students and others, most challenges are unsuccessful.
