Help

I have a personal paid account. How do I sign up for a Wall Street Journal account through the library?

Call 1-800-JOURNAL to cancel your personal subscription to the Wall Street Journal and request a refund for the remaining subscription time. After you have cancelled your personal subscription, follow the sign-up instructions on this guide and activate a new account at http://wsj.com/UofSanDiego.

I have an existing personal account under my @sandiego.edu email address. Do I still need to cancel my personal subscription?

Yes. You will need to cancel your existing subscription by calling 1-800-JOURNAL and activate a new account at http://wsj.com/UofSanDiego.

I set up my account. When does my account expire?

If you are faculty or staff, you will need to renew your account every year. The Wall Street Journal will send you an email 7 days before your account expires to renew your access.

If you are a student, your account will be active through your selected graduation year. If your graduation date changes, please call 1-800-JOURNAL to update your account.

I'm a graduated student. What happens to my account after graduation?

WSJ continues to provide access 90 days after students graduate. After graduation, you will be offered a special discounted rate that you can take advantage of for 7 more years. After graduation, you can change the email for your WSJ account to any email address that you prefer to use.

I'm having problems accessing the Wall Street Journal. Can I contact someone?
